01

Platform & modules

6 answers
What exactly is Eywora?

A modular Commerce Intelligence platform with three modules: Search (semantic AI search), Health (product-data quality) and Analytics (revenue per search). Eywora was built specifically for shops with complex catalogs where default search fails.

Which shop systems is Eywora suitable for?

Shopware and custom builds. Integration runs via API, feed or direct DB connection: the system does not determine the solution, only the integration path.

Which languages are supported?

German is the base. English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and other European languages are bookable as an additional index. Cross-language synonyms work automatically.

How large can my catalog be?

The base plan covers up to 20,000 products. With add-on tiers Eywora scales to 150,000, 500,000 or beyond. Performance stays steady at under 100 ms average response time, even at large catalogs.

Does Eywora also work on very technical B2B catalogs?

Yes, that is what Eywora was built for. DIN and ISO codes, material designations, cryptic part numbers, OE cross-references and compound-word decomposition are standard features, not special projects.

Can I use Eywora without AI search, just for Health or Analytics?

Search is the base plan. Health and Analytics Pro are add-ons that build on the Search data layer. Without Search indexing, Health scoring and search analytics would not be technically possible.

02

Pricing & contracts

7 answers
What does Eywora actually cost?

The base plan starts at €399 / month with annual billing (€449 / month with monthly billing). Add-ons for larger catalogs, additional indices or modules join on demand. Full price overview: /en/pricing.

What does an additional search query cost?

Nothing. The base plan includes unlimited search queries. A promotion or a traffic peak costs nothing extra. We do not charge per search.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Cancel any time, monthly. With annual billing you save 12% versus monthly.

How does the add-on model work?

You start with the base plan. Add-ons are added or removed monthly as you need them: larger catalog tier, additional indices, modules like Visual Search, Health or Analytics Pro. No plan changes, no migration between tiers.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You decide whether to stay. With no credit card on file and no automatic transition to a paid plan. If you do not decide, the index is deleted and you have no follow-on costs.

Are there discounts for longer commitments or larger setups?

Annual billing: 12% discount. For multi-year contracts (24 / 36 months) further terms are possible, talk to us. Volume discounts for multiple shops or large catalog tiers are arranged individually.

Is there a switching discount from another provider?

On request. If you switch from an annual contract with another provider, we cover part of the remaining cost depending on the time left. Talk to us before signing there.

03

Setup & integration

6 answers
How long does setup take?

Within 24 hours of signing, your Eywora instance is live with an indexed catalog. Larger setups with complex integrations can take up to 5 business days; we discuss that openly upfront.

Do I need developers for the integration?

For the first integration: usually one IT person for 2 to 4 hours. For ongoing operations: no. The backend, boost rules and synonyms are run by the business team, not engineering.

How is the catalog connected?

Three ways, depending on the setup: REST API, regular feed import (CSV/XML/JSON) or direct DB connection. We recommend API for near-live indexing. Feed is enough for infrequent catalog changes.

How quickly are catalog changes visible in search?

With API integration: within seconds. With feed import: after each feed run (typically hourly). Hot updates for individual products (e.g. "mark as sold out immediately") are possible separately.

What if our frontend cannot be modified?

Eywora offers a widget that plugs into the existing search field. No UI changes, no CSS conflicts. Alternatively API integration for full control.

Can we test in parallel with our existing system?

Yes, that is even the default. During the 14-day trial, Eywora runs in parallel to your existing solution. You can enable A/B splits or test selectively on specific categories.

04

GDPR & hosting

5 answers
Where is our data hosted?

On German servers in Germany. No cross-border transfer to third countries. No US cloud providers in the stack.

Who has access to our product data?

Only our engineering team for support purposes, documented per access. No third parties, no data sharing, no training on your data for other customers.

What about end-customer data of the shop?

Eywora does not collect customer data. Search queries are captured anonymously (no user ID, no IP storage). Analytics modules aggregate strictly at the search level, not at the personal level.

Is there a DPA (data processing agreement)?

Yes, included by default. The DPA template is ready to sign at onboarding. Adjustments for individual compliance requirements are possible.

Does Eywora meet specific industry requirements (TISAX, ISO 27001)?

ISO 27001 certification is in progress. TISAX and other industry compliance requirements are reviewed and documented on a per-customer basis on request.

05

Support & SLA

6 answers
Which support channels are available?

Email, ticket system, phone and video call. All included in the base plan, no surcharge for a "premium channel".

How fast does support reply?

Within a few hours on business days, usually faster. With Premium SLA, guaranteed response times from 1 hour, depending on SLA tier.

Do I have a dedicated contact?

Yes, from day one. No ticket-system routing between agents, no escalation across three languages.

What is Premium SLA?

Optional add-on (from €499 / month) with a guaranteed response time, a dedicated solutions engineer and a quarterly review. Useful for revenue-critical setups or strict internal SLAs.

Who is reachable when something breaks?

On-call for revenue-critical incidents 24/7 with Premium SLA. Without an SLA, direct line on business days 9:00 to 18:00.

Are there trainings for our team?

Yes, at onboarding a 2-hour introduction for the business team and IT. For larger teams or custom workflows: tailored workshops at extra cost.

06

Switching & migration

6 answers
We currently use another provider. Is it worth switching?

It depends on four factors: catalog size, attribute complexity, GDPR requirements and how satisfied you are with the current solution. We run the fit-check free of charge in 30 minutes: a live demo in a real customer shop plus a talk about your needs.

How long does switching from an existing provider take?

Setup and parallel operation take 24 hours to a maximum of 14 days, depending on the complexity of your catalog. Full cutover on a defined date, after which the old solution can be switched off.

Are synonyms and boost rules from the old solution carried over?

Yes, wherever possible. With common providers the export-import is automated. With proprietary formats we help with data extraction.

Can we run Eywora and our existing solution in parallel?

During the trial yes; permanently it rarely makes sense. We recommend parallel operation as a test, not as a long-term state. Multi-backend setups for very large implementations are possible.

What happens to our existing analytics data?

Historical search data from your old solution can be imported as CSV (if exportable), so that Eywora Analytics works with historic data from day 1. Otherwise tracking starts on the go-live day.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The 14-day trial is free, so no guarantee is needed. After moving to a paid plan, with annual billing there is a 30-day window in which a pro-rata refund claim applies.
